SLITTING & REWINDING is the process of dividing a parent roll of film into rolls of different widths, while conserving a long length
Need a controlled atmosphere roll slitting? ADDEV Materials has a laminar flow ISO class 7.
SHEETING is the cutting of flexible products from reels or formats.
We can cut all kinds of materials to the required sizes.
If customers need to print product traceability information or serialize cut sheets, ADDEV Materials can provide customers with a personalized inkjet printing service that marks each sheet individually
SPOOLING is a process by which a strip of flexible material (technical film or adhesive tape) is specifically wound side-to-side across the width of a mandrel to form layers.
By using spooling, the total format change time can be reduced by a factor of up to 20, which improves the productivity of the production line.
ROTARY CUTTING is a process consisting in Cutting simple or complex shapes from tape, film or paper, using a rotating tool with the same profile as the cut to obtain bevelled pieces with or without gripping tab.

- We use a laser beam that is suited to kiss cutting and cuts parts extremely quickly in small or medium series with unbeatable tolerances.

We create a precise shape on a material to be cut / Tailor made loose pieces or in rolls with trimming.
